If you are traveling to campus for the Washington University in St. Louis Volunteer Leadership Conference, and this creates a financial hardship, a limited amount of funding is available to offset travel costs. Funding is available for hotel or air transportation only. Please complete form below to apply for reimbursement.
Reimbursement available is up to $250 per person. Requests will be reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis. If your request is approved, we will send you a form to complete and return within seven days following VLC with copies of original receipts. Should you decide to cancel your trip to St. Louis, we will not be able to provide reimbursement.
