Join the Washington University Black Alumni Council for an update on events and programs.  Connect with alumni and friends while enjoying breakfast at 10:00 a.m.  The meeting will begin at 10:30 a.m. We will be joined by Teresa Williams, AB '92, Director, TRiO Student Support Services, who will give a short presentation on TriO, a federally funded program for first-to-college, low-income students or students with disabilities. Hope Young, Program Coordinator for Diverse Communities for Campus Life, will also give a presentation on opportunities for engagement with House 5, a student-led initiative and community designed to enhance the college experience for students who are a part of or interested in exploring matters related to the African Diaspora.

The mission of the Washington University in St. Louis Black Alumni Council is to support the professional and personal development of Washington University black alumni, to assist the university in the recruitment and retention of African-American students, and to enhance the continued growth and development of the university as an exemplary institution.
