Please join Andrew Simon, AB ’63, and Andi Simon, co-founders of the Simon Initiative, for an alumnae panel discussion. Panelists will share how they advanced in their professional careers and personal lives by being authentic, taking risks, and pushing past the obstacles placed before them. They will tell their stories of innovation, building businesses, changing and challenging long-held beliefs about what they can and can't do, and becoming the best they can be and inspiring other women to do the same.

Andi Simon's newest book, Rethink: Smashing the Myths of Women in Business, will be raffled off to three attendees during the event. The book teaches readers how to take a hands-on approach to examining and rethinking their own personal and professional lives in order to recognize a fuller potential. Following the stories of 11 women from different industries, Rethink provides the tools and framework readers will need to question the norms around them, challenge their own current thinking, and smash the preconceived notions about themselves that can so often hold them back from realizing their goals and dreams.

This event is presented by the Simon Initiative.
