Brittany Katz, BSBA ’13 | Director of Demand Planning & Supply Chain at Christian Dior
Brittany Katz graduated from the Olin Business School at WashU in 2013. She began her career at Bloomingdale’s in their Executive Buying Program, gaining experience in purchasing and merchandising. She then worked as a merchandise planner at JCrew and later advanced to a managerial role at Intermix. Currently, Brittany leads the Demand Planning function within the Supply Chain organization at Dior, where she develops and implements forecasting, Open to Buy management, and inventory control processes.

Kate Nienaltow, AB ’15 | Senior Manager, HR Business Partner at Tapestry
Kate Nienaltow is a Senior Manager, HR Business Partner at Tapestry, where she supports the Global Supply Chain, HR, and Communications teams. With extensive experience in recruitment, talent management, and organizational development, Kate drives initiatives focused on employee development and talent strategy. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Washington University in St. Louis and is passionate about fostering inclusive and high-performing teams.

Naomi Horsford, BA ’23, BS ’23, MBA ’23 | Product Manager at Tapestry
Since childhood, Naomi Horsford has loved fashion and creating. She is now a creative, strategic, and data-driven product manager at Tapestry Inc., where she leads cross-functional teams to deliver impactful and adaptable digital features across five fashion brand websites, contributing to over $100 million in estimated annual revenue. With an MBA in Marketing Analytics and a dual undergraduate background in Computer Science and Fashion Design from Washington University in St. Louis, Naomi brings a unique blend of technical and creative expertise to the fashion industry. Passionate about fashion history, technology, and Black history documentaries, Naomi is committed to building inclusive, innovative digital experiences.

Ryan Day Castle, BSBA ’08 | Director, Luxury Retail Development at Cartier
Ryan Day Castle graduated from Wash U as a triple-business major and started her career with a foundation in corporate finance prior to breaking into the world of luxury goods. Following an MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business, she joined global perfume house, Givaudan, where an unexpected love of fragrance took hold. She continued to explore the complementary relationship between fashion and fragrance with Bloomingdale’s, and then through the retailization of this burgeoning category across North America for Cartier. Ryan is now the Director of Retail Development for Cartier, creating long-term market entry strategy and opening new and renovated boutiques for an expanding retail footprint in the US and Canada.
