Jess Geevarghese, BSBA '99, MSW '05, MBA '05, Founder of WellSpace TX will offer the opportunity to learn practical meditative techniques through a guided meditation where you will learn to cultivate calm, improve resilience, and increase focus.  The aim of the practice is to give you tools & techniques to help navigate these stressful times.

The 45 minute session will include a short talk, move into light stretching, and then into the guided meditation. 

About Jess Geevarghese
Jess Geevarghese is a meditation teacher who works with private, corporate, and non-profit clients in Texas (and now virtually across the country).  Her meditation practice is informed by years of study, contemplation and experience with the aim to transform meditation into a tangible and accessible practice.
