Levy Challenge

Your classmate David Levy, AB ’03, and his wife, Allie, are so excited to celebrate the Class of 2003, and invite you to join them in making a gift to support current and future WashU students. They have issued a challenge to you: For every $1 you give, the Levys will give $3, up to a total of $15,000. And if 50 first-time donors participate, the Levys will make an additional $15,000 gift. Participating in the Class of 2003 Class Gift is a great way to show your pride in our class, whether you can attend Reunion or not! We are excited to welcome the Class of 2003 back to campus for your 20th reunion! 

Help carry on a longstanding university tradition of giving back. Make a gift in honor of the Class of 2003 and our amazing WashU experience. Your contribution of any amount to any area of the university counts towards our goal. We cannot do this without dedicated alumni like you! 

We know a large percentage of our classmates are not able to attend in-person reunion. The class gift allows alumni from around the world to participate in this milestone anniversary. 

The following alumni are currently volunteering their time for our Class of 2003 Gift Committee in 2023 and are playing a vital role in our fundraising efforts. We are thankful for their continued engagement and interest in commemorating our Reunion year. Our combined Class Gift provides resources that will have a positive impact on WashU and students for many years to come.

What motivates the Levy's to give to WashU today.

How has WashU played a role in your life? 

Aside from the lifelong friends we have made through the WashU network, the school has instilled a sense of value in knowledge and exploration. We feel as though we are a part of a community of learning and WashU goes above and beyond to be welcoming and inclusive.

Why do you think it is important to support WashU?

WashU provided wonderful experiences, both academically and socially, and we feel that supporting the University will help others to grow, to learn, and to have impacts on existing and future generations.

What inspired you to say yes to sponsor this challenge?

We know that our WashU cohort shares the excitement for and love of the school and hope that our fellow alumni have the chance to re-engage and to enjoy a relationship with the University post-graduation in the same way that we have.
