About

As our class celebrates our 55th reunion, we are reminded of our WashU experience and the friendships we developed along the way. One way we thought we could honor our class is by paying it forward to the next generation of medical leaders.

In the spirit of our reunion, I’m asking you to join me in supporting the Class of 1969 Scholarship Fund. Our class scholarship is part of a grand tradition that was imagined and launched by us!

In 1994, for its 25th reunion, our class decided to mark the occasion by raising enough funds to establish an endowed scholarship in the name of the class. Garry Fathman, MD, one of the leaders of the drive, then challenged the Class of 1970 to raise its own endowed scholarship. The Class of 1970 successfully rose to the occasion, and then challenged the next year's 25th reunion class to continue the tradition.

We endowed this fund that provides essential financial support to deserving medical students at Washington University School of Medicine. By contributing to this scholarship, we can ensure that the next generation of physicians has the resources they need to excel.  We hope you will join us in supporting WUSM students with a gift by June 30th.

If you have any questions or need assistance, please contact Ally Campbell at alexandrac@wustl.edu

We hope to see you at our 55th Reunion in April!
