Celebrate WashU Giving Day!
You did it, WashU!
Two different goals: shattered. Two challenge gifts: unlocked. New record: set. Impact made on our students: HUGE.
Whether you made a gift to honor a beloved professor, drive innovative research, or pay it forward to talented students, your response to our first university-wide Giving Day has been incredible. Thank you for coming together as One WashU to make such a meaningful difference for our students and our future.
YOU are one of the countless reasons WashU is so special.
Missed us on April 19? No worries, make your Giving Day contribution now! Your gift will still make an impact on our students, faculty, and researchers.
Merry Mosbacher, MBA '82, and Jim Mosbacher challenged the WashU community to participate in the first university-wide Giving Day. Because more than 2,000 donors made a gift yesterday, the Mosbachers are contributing $500,000 to the WashU Scholarship Fund.
“Jim and I hope our challenge will inspire others to step up and make a gift. We remember making our first gift to WashU and how proud we were to help a student experience such a world-class university. Find your reason to give — your reason that WashU is special — and know you'll also be making a difference in someone's life.”
— Merry Mosbacher, MBA '82
