Aron Knickerbocker lives in the San Francisco Bay Area and has a long track record of leading several successful biotech organizations. Most recently, he was named CEO and board member of Aulos Bioscience, a relatively new biotech company focused on developing novel immunotherapies for cancer. Before Aulos, he was the co-founder, founding CEO and chairman of RayzeBio, a company that develops targeted radiopharmaceutical cancer treatments. Aron was also CEO at Five Prime Therapeutics, which he helped build over his decade there, and held previous positions at Genentech, Johnson & Johnson, Amgen and Bristol-Myers Squibb.

Aron grew up in Michigan and is a 1991 graduate of Washington University in St. Louis, earning his A.B. in biology. He is the proud parent of Charlie, 13, and Sara, 11. As a grateful former recipient of financial aid and scholarship support from the university, he is pleased to challenge 1991 alumni to support the institution that changed the course of his life and provided him with a great education, great opportunities, and great friends. In his spare time, Aron enjoys traveling, bicycling and playing the drums.
